HOW DO I SIGN MY CHILD UP FOR BASE?

Registrations will be accepted online for your convenience. Thoroughly complete your application and submit using the link below!

I NO LONGER NEED BEFORE/AFTER SCHOOL CARE. HOW DO I UNENROLL MY CHILD?

 Give the Site Director 2 weeks notice for dis-enrollment.

DO YOU CHARGE AT THE BEGINNING OR END OF THE WEEK?

We charge accounts at the beginning of the week for the week ahead. The only form of payment is through auto-draft.  All accounts will be drafted on Wednesday for payments to be secured by Friday. (Most bank drafts process in 48 hours)

I JUST REGISTERED MY CHILD FOR BEFORE/AFTER SCHOOL CARE. WHEN CAN THEY START? 

Once all registration paperwork is complete, along with the enrollment paperwork, you can start the next day.

WHAT TYPE OF TRAINING IS YOUR STAFF REQUIRED TO HAVE?

All staff members have CPR and first aid training, thorough training of policies and procedures, as well as a criminal back ground check.
Our group leaders are ages 18 and up and are either taking College Prep courses, majoring in Child Education, or have experience working with school age children.
Site Directors have AA OR BA degrees in any field plus experience working with school age children.

WHAT IS THE APPROPRIATE PATHWAY TO ADDRESS A CONCERN?

Speak to the specific Site Director of your program.

HOW DO YOU HANDLE SEVERE WEATHER/ EMERGENCY SITUATIONS?

We follow the policy and procedures of the school.  
Example: If your child’s school closes early for snow; After School Care is closed.
